Pursuant to Art. 50 of the CPA, a donor who has the quality of a consumer within the meaning of the CPA within 24 hours after the donation has the right, without due compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to refuse or change the donation in the following conditions:

The user should inform the Music for Bulgaria Foundation in advance in writing by sending an email to [email protected]. It is necessary for the consumer to indicate the names with which he has made a donation and a bank account to which the amount paid by him will be refunded. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

The cancellation / change of an already made donation can take place within a maximum of 24 hours after the hour of donation. If the User contacts later than this period - the amount is NOT refundable.
